Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Observation of the student’s progress and engagement to ensure the objectives are met

Motivate students to use the benefits of what the available programs offer

Ensuring that the student understands and interact with the system

Provide professional advice and assistance in the student’s native language, as well as English, while responding to the student’s enquiries regarding the program and the resources available.

Communicate with students regularly to follow up on progress

Recording of Advisor actions such as progress checks in the Online English 24 learner audit

Efficient and effective communication with the appointed team leader concerning any inquiries your team leader may address.

REQUIREMENT

Recruitment Process

After we reviewed the applications the possible candidates will receive an invite to participate on a Skype preliminary Interview.

Training

Interviewees that passed the Skype interview will receive an invite to an initial training process

Orientation

Candidate completing the training successfully will get access to the documentation required to become part of the OE24 team
In general the entire recruitment process takes approximately 12 hours and for your convenience separated into digestible portions over a 7 day period
