Observation of the student’s progress and engagement to ensure the objectives are met
Motivate students to use the benefits of what the available programs offer
Ensuring that the student understands and interact with the system
Provide professional advice and assistance in the student’s native language, as well as English, while responding to the student’s enquiries regarding the program and the resources available.
Communicate with students regularly to follow up on progress
Recording of Advisor actions such as progress checks in the Online English 24 learner audit
Efficient and effective communication with the appointed team leader concerning any inquiries your team leader may address.
The necessary understanding and experience of students which are developing English as their second language
Proficient written and oral fluency in English and another major language offered on OE24 Strong clerical and administrative skills
Outstanding communication skills, including the flair to encourage reluctant students Energetic, compassionate, and positive attitude
IT Literacy Flexible and available Experience in working in a customer service environment I highly valued.
